No. Plans cover WAdesk itself. Meta charges for WhatsApp messages separately and bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly, at its published rates. The rate depends on the message category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the recipient's country. We add no markup, and WAdesk's analytics show an estimate of what you've spent.
Each person a campaign is sent to counts once for that campaign — so two campaigns to 1,000 contacts use 2,000 of your monthly recipients. One-to-one conversations in the shared inbox don't count.

Yes. Switching plans — up or down — starts the new plan straight away as a new subscription, charged in full; the old one is cancelled at that moment, with no credit for its unused part.
Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, sending pauses and your workspace stays available read-only until you subscribe again or delete it. Plans renew automatically until you cancel — the details are in our Terms of Service.
You pay for 10 months and get 12 — that's 2 months free — billed once a year, up front. Like all our prices, it excludes GST, which is added at checkout.
