Broadcast campaigns
Send approved templates with images, video, documents, carousels and buttons to a segment, a tag or a hand-picked list. Personalise every message, schedule it, pace it, pause it — and follow up with people who didn't read.
Campaigns, a shared inbox and a sales pipeline on your own WhatsApp number — built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Connect in a few minutes, no developer needed.
Other tools ask you to create a Meta app and paste access tokens. With WAdesk you sign in with Facebook and you're done — the technical setup happens on our side.
Right after you sign up. A secure Meta window opens on top of the page.
Sign in with Facebook, choose or create your WhatsApp Business account, and verify your number with a code.
WAdesk turns on messaging, delivery receipts and template reviews by itself. Import contacts and send your first campaign.
Campaigns, chats and contacts live side by side, so the person who sends the offer can see who replied — and the person who replies can see what they were sent.
Send approved templates with images, video, documents, carousels and buttons to a segment, a tag or a hand-picked list. Personalise every message, schedule it, pace it, pause it — and follow up with people who didn't read.
Every reply lands in one inbox your whole team works from. Assign chats, leave internal notes, answer with quick replies by typing “/”, and always see how long the 24-hour reply window has left.
Import from CSV or Excel (or paste numbers), map columns, clean up phone formats and merge duplicates. Every import asks you to confirm consent, and each contact keeps its opt-in status and source.
Build templates in a visual editor with a live WhatsApp preview and Meta's rules checked as you type. Submit for review and watch each one move from in review to approved — with the reason if Meta rejects it.
Answer the routine questions instantly: keyword replies, a welcome message for new contacts, an away message outside business hours, and STOP / START handling that runs on its own.
Delivered, read and replied for every campaign, the best time to send, and failure reasons in plain language.
Agents work the inbox, admins run campaigns, owners manage the team and billing.
WhatsApp rewards businesses that message people who want to hear from them. The guardrails are part of the product, not a page in the help centre.
Imports ask you to confirm opt-in, and each contact records whether, when and how they agreed.
Broadcasts skip contacts without confirmed opt-in unless you deliberately include them.
Opt-outs are applied the moment they arrive and checked again right before every send.
Free-form replies only while the customer-service window is open; approved templates outside it.
Every plan includes the shared inbox, broadcasts, templates and automations. Pay yearly and get 2 months free.

No — and that's on purpose. WAdesk's plans cover the software. WhatsApp's own messaging charges are set by Meta and billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, at Meta's published rates. They depend on the message category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the recipient's country.
We never resell message credits or add a markup. See Meta's pricing page for current rates.
No. Click Connect WhatsApp, sign in with Facebook in Meta's secure window, choose your business and verify your number. WAdesk connects the number and turns on incoming messages, delivery receipts and template reviews by itself — there are no tokens, app IDs or webhooks for you to set up.
Not necessarily. You can connect a new number or one you already own, as long as it can receive a verification SMS or call. A number that's in use on the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app generally has to be moved to the WhatsApp Business Platform first — which is why many businesses start with a fresh number.
The verified badge — WhatsApp now shows a blue tick for verified businesses — is granted by Meta, not by WAdesk or any other software provider. Meta looks at things like business verification and how well known your brand is, and the decision is theirs. WAdesk works exactly the same with or without it.
WhatsApp's rules are simple: message only people who've agreed to hear from your business on WhatsApp (opt-in), and stop when they ask. WAdesk records consent for every contact, leaves unconfirmed contacts out of broadcasts by default, and handles STOP and START replies for you.
